A healthy diet is based upon not only good quality nutriment supplies, but also suitable and safe appliance to store and serve the food with. In terms of safety and from ergonomic point of view, fine hard porcelain is considered the most reliable, compared to glassware, metal containers, plastic and other synthetic materials. Even ceramic dinnerware and kitchenware, unlike hard porcelain, can occassionly contain colors and other synthetics that might be consumed along with the food stuff. Still among hard porcelain tableware, those decorated with in-glaze technology are hygienically preferred.
